COVID-19 Updates
Dear Tile Warehouse, Inc. customers, suppliers, vendors, specifiers:
Tile Warehouse, Inc. has taken steps to ensure the safety and cleanliness of all staff and visitors to the Tile Warehouse locations in Hawaii. This includes additional cleaning with professional crews along with regular cleaning steps completed by staff multiple times every day in our showrooms, offices, and warehouses. We have always had a generous sick leave policy and employees are asked to not report to work if they do not feel well for any reason.
Tile Warehouse, Inc. will remain open during regular business hours (7am-4pm M-F in Honolulu and 7:30am-430pm M-F in Kailua-Kona) until further notice. We are also available online at tilewarehousehawaii.com, by email, phone, and we are working on the ability to host virtual meetings with specifiers, kitchen and bath showrooms, and contractors. For specifiers needing CEU credits, we will send out a separate email offering online CEU courses through our supplier base.
Please let us know in advance if any materials need to be picked up from our warehouses or slab yards. This will allow us to manage any customers or contractors that may wait to pick up materials from our locations. Given the desire to minimize any crowding and contact, we will take steps to implement a social distancing plan in certain areas of the company.
Samples can be sent directly to the A&D firm or contractor’s office. Please ask your sales rep for this option.
Tile Warehouse, Inc. is open and remains able to process sales and orders. We are in touch with our supplier base regularly, and should there be a delay with an individual supplier, we will notify customers and specifiers based on product inquiries. Our relationships with our freight companies remains strong and we have been assured products will continue to ship to Tile Warehouse in Hawaii.
